Mahina is a small town and commune in the Cercle of Bafoulabé in the Kayes Region of south-western Mali. As of 1998 the commune had a population of 17,847.[1]
The Dakar-Niger Railway has a station at Mahina. A railroad bridge at Mahina crosses the Bafing River.
